JT Home Inspections is able to facilitate the certification of foundations for HUD compliance.

At JT Home inspections we take the time to do a thorough inspection of the property. All inspections are aided by infrared thermography, which helps identify hard to find, seemingly invisible problems with water leaks, insulation gaps, and various electrical problems. 

We always prefer to inspect the roof while walking it, however if the pitch, roof type, or condition of the roof do not permit, our drone enables us to still get close to all of the critical roofing components for evaluation.

From the foundation to the roof, all accessible spaces and the systems of the house from electrical, plumbing, structural, HVAC, and any appliances are inspected for their condition. 

Within 24 hours of the inspection you will have a detailed report outlining areas of concern. The typical inspection lasts 3 1/2 hours. We always welcome and prefer that our customers walk through the property to review the findings in person. It is important to us that you have your questions answered and that you have a clear understanding of the condition of the house as you begin the closing process. 

All inspections are compliant with the InterNachi Standards of Practice.

Testing is also available for confirmation of the presence and type of mold, and its known adverse health effects. 

Radon is a naturally occurring colorless, odorless, and tasteless radioactive gas. This gas is routinely found in the soil, rocks, and groundwater. Radon usually enters the home through cracks and holes in the foundation. A Radon inspection willl alert you to the presence of Radon, and enable you to make an informed decision regarding the property
